For his individual work, Ethan has trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) through Washington, DC's esteemed The Center for Excellence in EMDR Therapy. He regularly employs EMDR therapy procedures to allow clients to reprocess traumatic memories without becoming overwhelmed or re-traumatized. This assists clients to leave old hurts in the past and allows them to respond to current and future situations with a greater sense of ease.
Ethan is a Level 2 AEDP Therapist. This model of therapy allows clients to work through profuse emotional and relational experiences in a way that facilitates changes in the brain and promotes an often transformative healing experience.
